Title and Risk of Loss

The title, risk of loss, and damages associated with the products pass on to you upon the successful delivery of the products to the address you have provided.

Delivery Partners

We collaborate with reputable third-party courier and logistics companies, as well as Postal Services, to facilitate the delivery of your orders. Deliveries are generally scheduled between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, all goods must be signed for upon delivery. Please ensure that the person who placed the order is available to sign for the delivery at the provided address. We are not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person without proper authorization.

Reporting Shortages or Damages

Additionally, any shortage of goods should be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy, which should be returned to the delivery person.
