Order and Acceptance


To place an order you will need to fill in the required billing and delivery information and to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative.


After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment related information. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.


All orders are deemed offers from you to purchase our products. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditional on your assent to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms and conditions will apply. By placing an order on the website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website.


Product Display / Colours


Our website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.


Order Cancellation Policy:


You can cancel your order before it is confirmed and dispatched. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please follow the steps outlined in our cancellation process below:

(2)Order History: Go to your order history, where you will find a list of your recent orders.

(3)Select Order: Choose the order you wish to cancel by clicking on it.

(4)Cancellation Request: Follow the provided instructions to submit a cancellation request. Please provide the required information and reason for cancellation.

(5)Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been successfully processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact our customer support team immediately.


Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, we will notify you and provide a full refund if payment has been processed.
